All instructions on how to acquire your refund will be given to you after you submit a refund request here.

We can only accept refund by "snail mail" this is due to the fact that our refund department requires written proof of your request for a refund. We suggest that you send your refund request via registered delivery / a courier, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your refund request.

Before Requesting a Refund the Following Conditions Need to Be Met:

1. You must officially ask for a refund within 6 months of purchasing LoveCentria™ (180 days)
   
   
2. You must of used LoveCentria™ correctly for a minimum of 120 consecutive days; this is because the speed of results can vary between different people.

In the Highly Unlikely Event That You Do Require a Complete Refund, We Will Require the Following:

- Your full name, address and order ID number

- Any other bonuses that were sent to you as part of your purchase (used or unused)

- Details of your routine when using LoveCentria™

Returning The Products To Us:

You must send the package back by using a courier service that requires a signature. We can not be held responsible for parcels we have not received/not signed for. We can only refund items which have been returned to us

All the conditions MUST be met for you to receive a refund - no exceptions

How Will I Be Refunded:

- You will be refunded via the method that you purchased

- You will be refunded the full amount minus $20 (USD) processing cost

- You will not be refunded any shipping charges

Cancellations:

You may cancel your purchase providing that you return any products (including any free goods, see 8.4 in Terms and Conditions) already delivered to you at your expense by registered post within 7 days of receiving your products - as per distance selling regulations.

It is important that you have not used or opened any of the products otherwise you will not eligible to cancel your order.
