Handplay Part2

As mentioned last month, when you are about to finger a female, you must look into some preliminaries - this includes short fingernails, clean hands, and lubrication. This month we are going more in depth with handplay and stroking techniques as well as a variety of positions that are available to you in these applications.

The Stroke - Back and Forth
In the straddle position outlined last month we talked about having the man straddle the female from behind as he places his wrist on her pubic bone. This is one of the best positions to finger a female since it mimics the way she masturbates. To mimic her stroke, use one or two digits and start at the top with your fingers between her clitoral hood, moving all the way down to the bottom of the vulva. Keep repeating this motion and when she is wet inside, let a finger slip into her vagina and then pull it out again.

The Stroke - The Circle
With increased sensitivity around the female’s vulva and clitoris, any stroke will provide them with pleasure as long as you are touching them gently. When you are straddling behind her, you can also circle the clitoris with one or two fingers. While you are doing this you can also use two fingers to rub your fingers in a circle over her entire vulva. Make sure you do not jump straight to the clitoris with this circle rub. The clitoris should only be touched after you apply a sufficient warm up.

The Stroke - Two Hands
While you are in the straddle position start with one of your hands on the bottom of the vulva and then pull that hand up to the top of the clitoris. When the first hand reaches the top of the clitoris, place the second hand on the bottom of the vulva and run this hand up. Lubrication is needed for this technique in order for a smooth transition in hands.

The Stroke - Outside
This stroke is best done when you are between her legs and she is lying down. Because a female’s labia is very sensitive, you should concentrate on both the labia majora and the labia minora. Start by spreading her labia with one hand so you can see all of her vagina lips. Now use one finger and rub your finger between the labia majora and the labia minora. Many have found that the inside (labia minora) vaginal lips are more sensitive to touch so a feather like touch with your fingers should drive her wild.

The Stroke - 4 Knuckles
When you are between her legs, lubricate your knuckles and rub them gently between the labia minora and the labia majora. It is important that you concentrate on both the left and the right side of the vulva equally.

The Stroke - G-Spot
Also known as the 'come here' stroke, it is by far the most effective fingering technique when entering the vagina. Start with yourself between her legs while she is lying on her back. Place your palm facing the ceiling and stick your pointing finger and middle finger out as you curl in your last two fingers. Now insert these two fingers about an inch and a half into the vagina and curl these two fingers towards you like you are telling someone to come here. The fleshy part that you are rubbing against is the infamous G-spot. When in this position you can also place a hand on her mons pubis or stomach and apply a little pressure. She will be able to feel your fingers more intensly if you do this properly.

The Stroke - Two Fingers
Like the G-Spot Stroke, have your index finger and your middle finger out and your other two fingers in. Now insert them into the vagina and concentrate on the top, left side, right side, and the bottom of her vaginal canal. Turn your hand as required to hit the desired spot. When your fingers are inside of her, you should also be using the same come here stroking movement as the G-Spot stroke.

Position - Between Her Legs
This has the female on the edge of the bed with her legs hanging over the bed. The man is situated between her legs.

Position - Spooning
This position is like the straddling position outlined last month but instead of sitting behind her, both of you are lying down and you are spooning her from behind.

Position - Man on Top
While in the man on top position, you will reach down and finger her as required. She is on her back and you are either between her legs or at her side.

Position - Bent Over
This position would have the female bent over a bed with her forehead resting on the edge of the bed. The man would be behind her and in-between her legs.
